On April 15th~18th, president Young Hwan Kim was reappointed as APEC HRDWG EDNET coordinator recommended by cochair economy, Philippines and under agreement of member economies in the 30th APEC HRDWG Meeting and the 24th EDNET Meeting held in Bohol, Philippines.

President Young Hwan Kim is the first Korean EDNET coordinator who was reappointed for getting through the existing APEC features which is the educational & economic divide and limitation of natural resources, and creating sustainable cooperation successfully for the last two years. "Forming a systemic▪phased strategy for the development of EDNET, and establishing a cooperative system with international organizations will be realized. ", he said.
