Sponsored by Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development in Korea and hosted by IACE (Institute of APEC Collaborative Education), the 7th ALCoB Workshop and the 5th ICT MSN (Model School Network) Workshop for Korean members were held in June and July respectively.
Firstly in the 7th ALCoB Workshop on 22nd June in Daejeon, government officials and commissioners in Education, ALCoB members in Korea (teachers, supporters, university students) and staff members of IACE participated. This workshop was aimed to strengthen the cooperation among the ALCoB members and discuss successful ways of implementing such cooperative international activities. The participating members shared the ideas on the management of ALCoB project and recognition of AIV (ALCoB internet volunteers) activities. In particular, the teachers (ALCoB-T) and university students (ALCoB-U) are divided into several groups and proposed the progress of their activities and new ideas for the programs such as APEC Youth Forum and ALCoB educational program competition at the upcoming grand international events: the 3rd APEC Future Education Forum & The 5th International ALCoB Conference. 
In addition, 5th ICT MSN (Model School Network) Workshop was held, on 13th July, to share exemplary cases of related activities and induce more support from the government and city/provincial education offices. With the participants from Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development, commissioners in Education from related cities and provinces, the 5th ICT Model School Network Workshop dealt with success stories on research schools for international cooperative exchange of ICT education and future plan for managing the participating schools in ICT Model School Network. Also they discussed the way to support those schools and ALCoB and to connect this project to other international cooperative activities in Education.
