1. Qualifications:

The followings are required to be an ALCoB

1.       Good English communication skills

2.       Plentiful knowledge and experience in ICT

3.       High motivation for ICT related international cooperative activities

2. Benefits and Responsibilities

An ALCoB can take responsibility for one or more following activities:

1.      ALCoB coordinator: responsible for coordinating ALCoB activities in his/her economy

2.      ALCoBzine Editorial Board: review articles submitted for publication in ALCoBzine (one or two ALCoB from each economy)

3.      ALCoBzine Translator: translate ALCoBzine articles into his or her native language (at least three AlCoBs for their own language)

4.      ALCoB Experts: an ICT expert can share his or her knowledge by answering questions from other ALCoBs on the ALCoB lounge. They also can participate in ALCoB Internet Volunteer programs

ALCoBs will be provided with following benefits:

-         Selected articles published in ALCoBzine

-         Invitation to International ALCoB workshop

-         A chance to join an ALCoB Internet Volunteer team

-         Administrational and financial support for proposal

-         A chance to gain international reputation and recognition

3. Application Process

There are two ways to apply an ALCoB: through either or online or regular mail.

Online Application:

B. Fill out the form and then, send it to ALCoB Administration.

C. The regular-mail application will take two more weeks to complete application process.  (It may take six weeks)
